Blue Screen Windows 10 when gaining Levels

Usually when I gain a level with a character or an achievement, sometimes the game will crash into a blue screen of death and the cause of the error is a file called:

atikmdag.sys

Not sure how to fix this. Attached is my copy of my DxDiag.

Generally what happens is when I gain a level, the screen will freeze for a split second then be fine but when the error occurs it freezes for 3-5 seconds then goes to the blue screen.

    Use DDU and remove all trace of that video driver then use an older AMD video driver version (not the same one) to start with and see if any change.

    the 2 most concerning things listed is in the spolier and points to the video driver at present

    Check for bios updates etc too as mentioned in this link

    I found and used the AMD quick utility tool to try to remove any old drivers but not sure if that worked.  Is there a better or specific DDU tool I should use for Windows 10 or what is the best way to check and remove older drivers to prevent this issue in the future?

    I also checked the link but not sure where I would check for bios updates through it.

    I'll try that link.

    My motherboard is a Gigabyte 990F-XA-UD3

    Also I finished the DDU and installed the driver that Windows puts in by default.  I'm going to try that first and see how things go.

    Well the blue screen stopped for the first error.  Now i'm getting the same blue screen again but with a:

    CRITICAL STRUCTURE CORRUPTION

    Not sure what to do with this one.  Feel like I either need to defrag or replace my hard drive.

    do a malwarebytes scan to be sure it isnt a malware/virus causing this and run a memtest using the free edition, or to check memory if using more then one stick , pull half out and swap and check each stick on its own

    @proxos666

    I'll try the memtest and see what that says.  I use Super Anti-Spy ware and ran that and it didn't find anything to remove other then cookies.  Is Malwarebytes better?

    @Belgorad

    Malwarebytes is considered one of the best

    Run through a system file check as well using sfc /scannow in a comand prompt as administrator and see if it comes back clear
