Boku sms payment method disappeared

I live in Italy. I buyed cartel coins with boku sms method 2 weeks ago and now it's gone. There's some kind of problem or it's gone forever?

Hi guys,

First of all, thanks for you patience while we were waiting on more information. We have confirmed that this payment method was only intended to be available to purchase the 450 CC packs. It is possible a glitch made it available to purchase other packs or a monthly subscription. Sorry for the confusion.

If you are offered to buy 2400 CC packs or a month sub with BOKU in the future, please come back to us so we can escalate it to the studio for further investigation.

So if EA doesn't want my money, it is OK with me. Since I don't have credit card or paypal...

Exactly. If EA want to loose some subscribers and people who want to buy cc, its their problem. I think there might be quite a few people who use only the Boku option. But that means there won't be any KOTFE for me and that sucks.

Right. Payed for Cc the last Months using BOKU only, and it always was a nice amount of Money. Still Problem ain't fixed, nor is there a clear Answer. Just talking "around it". If I can't pay by that Option I don't loose my Money. Would like to.

Poland has this same problem. No BOKU payment for 450CC.

Merchants are often subjected to unfair payment policies by mobile payment providers. You won't see that payment method returned until one party caves and a new agreement is made and one party accepts the terms.
