When I registered a new account for Star Wars Online, I used the same email address, which prevented me from using the new username . I hope to be able to use this username again. It is available, but during registration, I received an email to my mailbox indicating that there is already an account with the same email address.
If there is an account with a particular displayname or email address and that account is yours, you can call swtor support when the lines are open and see if you can regain access to the account
displaynames are deemed permanent on a swtor account unless it is against the TOS
edit: and to use an email on a different account it needs to be removed from the other account first
Can't we just send an email?
anyone can email mailto:support@swtor.com, however swtor policy regarding accounts is to have them call and verify as the account owner to make changes to the account
How long will it take for a reply after sending the email?
depends on the queue 1 or 2 days normally
