I also purchased: 'STAR WARS™: The Old Republic™: Legacy of the Sith: Digital Collector's Edition' on Steam and did not receive any game time or any of the items.
So I go to swtor.com to see if I can resolve it through there or if I can just get game time through there. I try and I get this message "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance." Now I know my login to swtor is different from my normal ea login as they were set up with different emails so I don't know if that is the issue.
