Hello. I am an active swtor player with an active subscription (I don't cancel it, it's running every month). This time, 12 days ago, I got the reciept as normal, payment done and all that stuff. But when logging in to the game it says I only have preferred status. At the same time on the Swtor website it says I have an active subscription. Any tipps/help?

It maybe a sync issue between the servers, this can occur on rare instances if the sub is purchased during an outage
