resolution bug that make your inventory ui off the screen

So idk why im the only one having this issue and Ive applied a ticket submitting this bug and all they said theyre not planning to fix this anytime soon so swtor is basically unplayable for me cause of this ui bugs...

I'd play on a flat screen tv and my resolution size is 1920 x 1080 cause it the only sizes im comfortable with but every time I launch my games my resolution changes...

thing ive try but didnt work:

•  so Ive try editing the width and band in the swtor folder setting.
• try resizing my ingame resolution making it match my monitor/tv resolution but only got a black. screen when making it smaller.
• messing with the edit ui thing in swtor but it only made it a lot worse than before.
• updating my graphic driver.
• using crtl or alt (cant remember which is which) and pressing U keys to reset  ui or resolution.

thing I have not try:

• deleting the client_resetting in the game folder to reset ui (working on this one tbh right now)
• matching the actual resolution that matched my tv before launching the games it self

but if anybody have any option or tips on fixing this off scale inventory ui thing that would be great! cause swtor isnt gonna help me or update the patch fixing the ui bug so im basically asking for any tips tbh. cause I always have this issue.
