Bought through steam but not showing up in game

I installed the game on steam and after playing with a friend bought the "Join the fight bundle" through steam. but they don't send the info on things like that to the game it seems. so here i am trying to get what i bought. i have the invoice number i got through steam but steam just says to talk to EA and EA support says to talk to steam.

Any help????

i don't have anything from the bundle at all.

    Sorry to hear you're missing the item you purchased.

    When you contacted support did you get in touch with EA Help or with SWTOR support directly?

    EA Help are not usually able to help with SWTOR account/purchase issues.

    If you follow the steps in the articles I provided above you will be able to get in touch with SWTOR support directly and they'll be able to take a look into this for you. Please let us know how this goes and if theres anything else we can do to help.

     I am currently having this same issue, and EA and Steam are playing the blame game, and pointing me to the other guy, essentially passing the buck. EA won't help because it was bought through Steam, and Steam says it is added to my account, since it shows it's part of my account, but it refuses to give me anything from it. This is the third time Steam had failed to give me a product from EA that I bought, even after giving them all the proof they needed to see I bought it, but did not receive it.

     I have Dragon Age Inquisition and Mass Effect Andromeda that I can not play either. I bought them as a bundle, played ME:A for just over 6 hours, turned it off, next day, refuses to play, and non-refundable, because I played over 6 hours. DA:I never played. Seems like a scam to me, since the game worked for exactly the cut off time, then no longer worked. My advice, never buy anything through Steam that is EA. They simply do not support it, and you will just end up getting your money taken. Buy from the website, play from the website.
