Broken support ticket system, quest broken trying to get help and... it's the vo

Repeated attempts to add a support ticket have failed.  They disappear and none show up in my contents.  I occasionally would get some with negative support ticket numbers.  I've tried emailing ea.com support - and... I get a ticket that goes immediately into "Fixed" despite STILL being unable to get assistance.  The ROOT problem was that I did the zeeks, DC'd a 340 ilevel blue... and it didn't complete the quest so I've lost crazy amounts of stabilizers.  It somehow only did a 330 ilevel set of items instead of the 340 items I DC'd.  

I've tried multiple avenues with NO luck.  I had screen  shots where the support tickets are there... then disappear with no answers.  I've got logs and repeated heroics building up conquest & stabilizers, and to lose it all like this... this is kinda stuff you don't recover from.
