C12 Error SWTOR: CAN'T FIND DAT FILE??

I know there has been soooo so many posts on this and I have 100% tried all methods posted. Deleted BitRaider, but I noticed every time I run it, a new updated BitRaider folder comes back anyway. Even when I delete it and run it again, still the same error message. Deleted arenacache and also didn't work. Tried to repair launcher but I found no way to repair it. The cog setting where you could find the repair button is blanked out, unclickable, and when I try to find the FixLauncer.exe which existed before I reinstalled, the Program Files didn't have the FixLauncher.exe anymore. I have reinstalled two times and it's still got the error message. I also have noticed its a recent error which appeared throughout 2015...when I first played this a year ago it did not have errors like this before. Could it be a patch bug?
It keeps saying--

"This program encountered an internal error and will exit.
Error code: C12
Failed to load room dat file
[/world/areas/4611686023014030644/hub3.dat]
Reason: Not found"

i honestly have no more ideas how to fix this. I have to run overnight to reinstall it and its still coming up with that error message when i click play in my character selection screen....
Mine is on ST btw...deleting BitRaider didn't help it

    Try the repair utility here

Edit - FYI the method to repair is determined by the patch method, you will be streaming, the bitraider folder is meant to come back as deleting it triggers the repair.

Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.
If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.
Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,
select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher

Hello there, first of all thank you for your reply-- and second-- I don't think that worked for me either. I downloaded the .exe file and then dragged it into my Program Files of SWTOR, then installed it in that location and the launcher automatically popped up. I entered my login details and ran it like usual, entering once again chara select to click PLAY. When it loaded about 1/3 in to the planet it came with the same error message again 😢😢

Can I ask what OS you are using ?

retry both the repair utility and the game repair per here one last time , there is an option to switch to non streaming but will get to that

Windows 7 ? 32 bit may have something to do with it but all I can do is flag this to go back for investigation.

That likely isn't a quick option for a solution for you though

Give the non streaming install per here a try and see if it persists , this is a new game download but it likely best for your OS given its 32 bit
