"Account Updated" email when I didn't update anything

I received an email stating "StealthRabbi:

Your account on the Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ website has been successfully updated!

If you did not authorize this change or if you need assistance with your account, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team.

I haven't played the game in a year or more. I haven't logged in in a long while. THe link about contacting customer support only links to:

1. These forums
2. Reporting something in -game (Can't do since I don't have it installed)
3. Contacting Steam for rebate related matters.

So, who do I actually contact? And what was updated on my account?
