Can’t subscribe, purchase cartel coins, or redeem a code

Interesting, issue no longer occurs on the website at least.  I did see i high volume of posts about these issues so I assume the swtor store was having general issues processing purchases over the last few days.  Thanks Prox for looking into things for everyone!

I am also having this problem. 

I have always been able to subscribe. My sub ran out on the 2nd of this month and now it will not let me resub. I keep getting told that the EA billing is not available when trying to buy Cartel Coins and I get the SWTOR maintenance page for extremely high traffic when trying to buy a sub. 

I have tried password resets on both accounts and have confirmed emails for both swtor and EA as well. 

All my previous swtor purchases show up on this account so I know this is the correct account linked to SWTOR.

I am also unable to purchase cartel coins. I have tried resetting my SWTOR & EA passwords and multiple browsers. My SWTOR username is: filefive

Any help would be appreciated...I am trying to spend money 🙂

Edit: When I navigate to the storefront to purchase CC and click on any of the CC options, I am told that swtor.com is down for maintenance. 

I am also unable to subscribe. swtor.com just restored my account recently but when i try to subscribe i get the maintenance error. My swtor username is Ryvden. I have reset my EA password and have tried multiple browsers and multiple devices but still get same error.

CS cant see any issue with your account, try a different web browser other wise send an email to support@swtor.com and they can look at it further

You need to raise a case via help.ea.com for origin and select banned account , you need to sort the EA / Origin account that uses the same email as your swtor account
