Can log in to Website but not SWTOR Launcher
I got a new computer, so I logged in to the website and re-downloaded and installed the launcher. I had no issues logging in to the website except for the one time code. I tried to log in to the launcher and it said "There is a problem with your account. Please check email for instructions.". I did the only email I got was a one time code but I didn't get to that screen, please help.
The message you received means your account has either been suspended or banned. Depending on what the specific issue is I would first call Customer Service as per the number's here to see if they can remove the ban.
If they cannot, then you will need to email SWTORAccountDisputes@bioware.com with your swtor display name, email and the message you received and if Customer Service provided any further details over the phone.
