Can login to launcher but not my account

Question

So I'm unable to login to my account on a browser, but can login on the game launcher just fine. I wanted to log in and transfer a character, but it keeps telling me my login failed. Go to log in on the launcher, same username and password, and it's perfectly fine. I have no idea what to do or why it's not letting me log into my account.&nbsp;

try a password reset and ensure the password is under 16 characters

also if you have a key , remove the key from the account by leaving the key blank , providing the account name and password is correct you will get a losk key link on the next page
