Can not purchase Subscription on SWOTR account due to problem with EA account

I did mention that at https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/Can-not-Subscribe-to-Star-Wars-The-Old-Republic/m-p/10926537#M81485 it should help the bot stop flagging that account for a passord reset

Using the name mookerimungeri as a swtor account username reveals the linked EA account using the same gmail as on swtor ,with the persona abc84qmo7d4ngc is disabled needing password reset 

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I would add 2fa to that account , it should help to stop the account for a password reset.

I am also having the same issue as some of these people have i tried to subscribe but it gives me the "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance." message i tried subbing through steam but that didn't work at all and i dont know what the issue is with my EA account at all.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona  abc75f2ks3imgr (not Samsiverts your posting on now) that EA account uses a gmail email 

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

When I try to reset my EA password I get this (I have tried several times) bunch of HTML. I've tried several times. When I try to set up an authenticator it keeps telling me it either can't read it or that I have no wifi or cell service. 

Update: I've changed my password on EA finally but still can't add an authenticator so I had to use my sms. I've even changed my password on my SWTOR account and tried to add an authenticator (which I had a few years back) but that won't add either. But despite changing passwords, I still can't re-sub. The password changing is what the person on the phone went through with me months ago.

When I try to log change my password  with that link it only gives me a page of HTML. It won't let me do anything. So I can't change my password on that account.
