How can you not have redundancy credit card processors in place? Where is the live support? Are you actively trying to prevent people from playing this game? My god....And yes I have tried all the many, many suggestions (change password, use incognito etc.) because apparently this is a routine occurrence.

The linked EA account has been disabled and its data has been wiped

Use this link Mail is a gmail address but different from the one on Swtor , that should restore the account

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona dermigaming (not fhs013t9jk20 your posting on now) that EA account uses your swtor gmail email address

use the following link to reset the password ( insert the swtor gmail email ) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

@proxos666 I've tried using the email address I originally had linked with my SW:TOR account, and it says they've sent the email to restore the account but... No such email has arrived. I first tried using that link over an hour ago (I found it on another forum) and still nothing. I've checked spam and junk to no avail. Is there anything else I can try or will I have to wait for phone lines to open simply in order to subscribe to the game?

@proxos666 Yeah that is going to be a no. I wanted to come back and check it out for a bit, but I am sure as * not jumping through any of these insane hoops. The insanity of it all is beyond me.

That is a decision only you can make for sure , not sure what the exact issue is with denmark with the new EU requirements with swtor but its been known since last year so ...
