you said you where on the Theoretika though to get there you need to have actually completed the mission fatal flaws
but go talk with avrun on the frozen lake and see if that resolves it for you

yes, you were right, the quest hangs on a frozen lake and sends just to Theoretika, thanks for helping me get around just to be 100% sure you are all good now and avrun got you going again ?
