Cannot buy Cartel Coins as account isn't linked to EA?

I don't even clearly know what the issue is.   I went to buy some CC, got an error message, checked my account and it said there was a 'link error' between my SWTOR account and the EA account, I've...

That is something you will have to discuss with swtor support when they look at the account
