Cannot buy Subscription or Coins.

Question

I'm having an issue where I cannot purchase a subscription or cartel coins, every attempt takes me to a Maintenance page with the following: "SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic. Please check back again soon, or visit our Twitter account for details!"

I've tried updating my payment details (since they were expired) but no luck.

Try using this link to open a case to check the origin/ea account linked to your swtor account&nbsp;

if your not sure give swtor cs a call when the lines are up, they should be able to identify the issue and what account has the issue.

usually means there is a purchase lock on your origin/ea account&nbsp;
