Cannot log in after changing password

I've changed my password twice now and it will not let me log in. Keeps saying The Display name, password or Security Key you have entered is incorrect. Please confirm your login info. I've done this multiple times.

i gather you have a security key ? what occurs if you leave the key blank , does it prompt to enter the key on another screen or does it come back as login failed ?
