Leave the code blank and see if it provides the link to remove the key , see https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/INFO-SWTOR-Security-Key-Issues/m-p/4833445#M102

if it doesnt you will need to call swtor support to get the key removed

I had an account i played for about 5 min back when old republic first came out, I'm trying to re-log in and I have access to the original email but not the app to retrieve my security key. As stated I no longer have the password for the SWOR account either so I can't change my password to get access to my account since it keeps asking for the security key to do so. Will i have to call to get access or is there an email i can chat through to get help.
