Cannot subscribe due to Origin and SWTOR account being linked

Question

I bumped into an issue where after being banned on Origin, my billing information was removed from my SWTOR account, and I can't purchase subscription time. I opened a case with the number: #76429859 but it's been sitting idle for about a month now. When I try to buy game time, I'm just redirected to the maintenance message of the website. I tried from a different browser, tried clearing the cache, nothing worked.

I'm wondering if a customer service representative could take a look at the case and help with unlinking my Origin and SWTOR account, so I could subscribe.

Ok what i can tell you are , swtor and origin/EA accounts are permanently linked , you break one the other is broken too&nbsp; per&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/close-ea-account/

linked accounts cannot be chnaged

post your swtor displayname and i can confirm the status (have also passed that ticket no back)

Yes the linked EA account to that swtor account is banned, get that sorted the swtor account will work&nbsp;

dont fix that EA account , create a new swtor account , the linkage cant be changed
