Cannot subscribe due to Origin and SWTOR account being linked

I bumped into an issue where after being banned on Origin, my billing information was removed from my SWTOR account, and I can't purchase subscription time. I opened a case with the number: #76429859...

Ok what i can tell you are , swtor and origin/EA accounts are permanently linked , you break one the other is broken too per https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/close-ea-account/

linked accounts cannot be chnaged

post your swtor displayname and i can confirm the status (have also passed that ticket no back)
