Cannot subscribe to Swtor

Hello there!

I am having the same issue with SWTOR not letting me subscribe.
(There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.)

Have also tried buying time on Steam to no avail. Did cancel the subscription shortly after.

I have also reset passwords on EA and SWTOR to try and remedy the situation but nothing is seeming to work.

My SWTOR username is: DeathAscendant

Would greatly appreciate some help!

you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue , will be a quick fix though

if you are on qld side the english lines open at midnight and close at 9am https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/4806237/jump-to/first-unread-message

have flagged to check the account and they have your email ,response will be in about 3 hrs when support are online for the day

i am also having the same issue, returned to the game after several years and cannot update payment method or add any subscriptions. account ID Gavinmc - email [edit: email address removed].
