I've opened tickets and got sent back in a circle. I bought this game when it was shiny and new and decided to come back and play but cannot subscribe. I get the Maintenance screen.
I opened a ticket (Ticket# 38050820) and got a response from [edit: email address removed] which directed me to to http://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support which advised I should send a message to [edit: email address removed] or to open a ticket in the game which isn't an option since I'm not a subscriber. Being told by support@swtor that I'm not going to the right place and to be directed to contact support@swtor is not remotely helpful.
Can someone please tell me how I can subscribe to the game I purchased and subscribed to for a very long while so I can enjoy the product I have invested time and money into?
