seems the linked ea account is still banned from when the swtor account was compromised, it should of been sorted when you fixed the swtor account a few years ago but look like it was missed
call swtor support when the lines are open , and they can get this sorted for you

I, too, am having a similar issue. Though I seem literally incapable of paying for a subscription with either a Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or even PayPal.
Please assist.

The Linked EA account with the persona remevm305 has been disabled
use this link to try and restore the account the email needed is a Hotmail email address ( not the email used on the Swtor account )
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.
