cannot upgrad my account

Having the exact same problem, no matter what i do EA wont take my money, it's not my bank as they always tell me it is. This has been a problem for me since 2014, the reason why i left swtor in the first place. Tried paypal tried submitting a ticket today and the create ticket option is blanked out so i cant even contact the customer support team, i am also in canada and im not paying the long distance fees to phone them. beyond ridiculous. I don't even know why im still trying.
