Cannot use Legacy Rename Token (Level 13 character)
Hello,
I have a level 13 character in Star Wars: The Old Republic.
I purchased a Legacy Rename Token, but when I try to use it, the game says: “You must have a Legacy to use this item.”
My character should have a Legacy, but it is not recognized.
I do not have a subscription, and I cannot submit a ticket through the normal support form.
Could someone please help me restore my Legacy or allow me to use the rename token?

Level 10 is required to create a legacy
To create a Legacy in SWTOR, play any character to Level 10 and finish their starting planet story; then press 'Y' (or click the person icon in the menu) to open the Legacy window and choose a unique Legacy name
