can't change billing method ,only paypal one

Hello! I can't change billin method and i can't buy subscription by my credit card!

Here was decsribed the same problem. I used advice that was at comments and trying different PC's and browsers. I don't have an opportunity to call SWTOR support! And i really want to play by subcription as soon as possible! One and half week before KotFE's early access.

Where in the world are you located? Were you able to pay by credit card in the past or have you always paid with paypal in the past?

Hello! Thank you for such fast answer! I'm from Russia. I paid subscription since SWTOR had launched and always have an opportunity to change billing method. All the time before i did it by credit cards.

Maybe try going to Swtor webpage, then clicking "Store" then clicking on one of the Cartel Coin options, then clicking buy now, and changing your payment options from there. You do not have to buy the cartel coins, just add a payment method and save it. Once the payment option is saved you should see it when you go to buy a subscription.

I'm not sure about this advice but..You can try to change you location/country and then maybe it will be possible to change billing method. I paid my sub by PayPal cause only one more week before KotFE early access. But then i tried to change country and function 'change billing method' was possible for me. Even when i changed back to my own country it still worked. I'm not sure about this method just maybe they fix it. But at least you can try it! 

Same problem here. I'm from RF too, an cant choose anything except PayPal for my Sub. And PayPal suddenly cant finish the operation... 

Tried to buy Cartel Coins directly - works fine, i could add a Credit\Debit card as a payment method and pay with it. 

But - after i bought CC, saved card do not apply as a payment method for Sub. I still can choose only PayPal.

Does your PayPal wallet bound to card? Just I created my own wallet only at Saturday and all was fine when i used it to paid SWTOR sub. It was empty but bound to my credit card.

I'm from Russia too and have the same problem. I changed the country, added credit card, then changed it back and switched the billing method to this card. Hopefully it will work, will be billed in 6 days.

EDIT: Don't try this method until you get the answer from devs because now it shows different price for me ($77.94 instead of 1524 roubles)
