Can't enter main Personal Phase on Odessen

Having the same issue as the others in this thread. Just recently sent an email to their support address, referencing this thread so we'll see if anything comes of it, though I'm not holding my breath.

I sent an e-mail to [edit: email address removed] yesterday. I explained what is going on and that I wasn't alone that there were other Preferred Status Players with the same issue, but for some reason I didn't think to link this thread.

I already sent an e-mail to the support team of SWTOR. I just hope that this issue shall be solved soon. And perhaps then I might re-subscribe again.

Had anyone succeeded resolving this issue through support email?

I'm not sure if you will be able to resolve via email, may require a ticket but here is the interesting thing I noticed.  Chapter 13 auto starts the moment you enter the base, that is how they have it programmed to do.

Therefore if you are a preferred player and don't have access to chapter 13 it may be that it locks you out for that reason is that it auto starts when you enter the base, thefore to prevent non-subs from either 1 getting access or 2 causing other bugs they just lock it out.

The only way I can see to get around this is:

1. Sub for a month and get access to the chapter, let the opening scene play then you can go back to your base and get access.
2. They would have to release a patch to prevent the chapter from auto-starting when entering the base and therefore prevent the lock out.

It seems the issue mainly affects those that are preferred accounts and had access through 12 but not chapter 13.  I've been a sub and never lost access to either the chapter or the base.  Not sure how many sub's it affected but it mainly seems like it hit preferred accounts that don't have chapter 13 access therefore one of the above would need to be done.

Well if that's the reason I can kinda understand it. Still, I find it in a way stupid that they programmed it like that. You can tell that they are just after your money. But I'll see if I get the 60 day sub thingy. 

I have send a mail as well not long ago but still no reply. Well support is pretty much terrible towards the preffered ones or even to the F2P.

Greetings,

Since Game Update 4.3 went live, we discovered a bug that has prevented some of you from getting proper Legendary Player credit for Class storylines that you completed.

We investigated and found some missing triggers in the background. These can block some completed Class storylines from properly counting towards your Legendary Player status.

Because this bug is caused by a background trigger, Customer Service cannot restore Legendary Player status if you’ve been affected by this bug.

We did hope to have an automatic fix for you with Game Update 4.4 in May, but unfortunately this fix did not catch everyone who was affected. We’re aiming for a full fix with Game Update 4.5 on June 1st.

Funny thing is I never had an issue with my Legendary Status and no where in my original e-mail did I say anything about Legendary Status. I sent them a reply stating that I never had an issue with my Legendary Status and then reiterated my original e-mail telling them again about the issue with not being able to enter the Odessen Alliance Base and not having a mission for Chapter 13 in my Mission Log. I also told them about this thread and this time I remembered to add a link to this thread as well.
