Can't get email messages from SWTOR

Hello, I have found that there are some problems with sending emails to my email account. Maybe someone also had such issue. Over the year, I had to restore my password several times and in all cases, after specifying registered email address and getting message that "email to your address has been sent" I couldn't find it in my mail box (inbox, spam, etc.). Sometimes, messages have been delivered only after long period of time (smth like in 24 hours). In all cases, I restored my password on EA website which took just a moment to get email from EA and use provided link to finish procedure. 

And now, I have the similar situation. I can without any problems login into my account on SWTOR launcher and play the game, but I can't login to my account on web page (htts://account.swtor.com/user/login?destination=home) because after entering login and pass, I am getting one more form - "Enter the One-Time Password sent to your email address"  and as I described above, I also can't see this mail among delivered messages.
