Can't go past level 70 despite new level cap

Question

I can't go past level 70 despite the new level cap up to level 75. My character is stuck exactly one experience point below where he needs to be to level up, and nothing I do will make the experience bar budge. Does anybody know how to resolve this issue?

In order to get to level 75 you will need to subscribe for a minimum of one month.&nbsp; The new expansion, level cap, etc is only available for subscribers.&nbsp; If you choose to cancel your subscription after the 1 month, you will not lose any of the new content or leveling you have gained.
