Today I installed Windows updates, and now when I tried logging in to the game it said it doesn't recognize the device and to check my email for a temporary password. I've tried multiple times and requested a new email to be sent, but still haven't received the email. (I am getting other emails, so my email is working.)
In the same boat, trying to get my account unlocked. Says an email will be sent, receiving nothing. Can use the reset password function though. Emailed support and they have no access to accounts, only give out a long distance number for support. There has to be a better way to get help.
if they aren't in the spam/junk folder you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to put another email that can receive these emails on the account
