Cant login into my account

Returning player, cant login into my account.

Last time i played i still had the Swtor authenticator app installed on my phone. That Phone got destroyed by driving over it with a forklift at work. Nothing from it could be saved.

Now i wanted to replay the game, but i cant log in.

Tried password reset, checked the name trough forgot the name link. Everything is a it should be.

Phoned swtor support UK talked to them for 20 min. Did another password reset. Still cant log in. They said F2A is not active on my account.

On the Swtor site the error is: Login failed, Try again.

On the launcher the error is : The display name, password, or security key you have entered is incorrect. please confirm your login

i triple checked my name and password are correct.

Did or does someone have any ideas on what to try? Or what is wrong.

Solution
Do not use anything except capital, lower case and numbers in your password!
I had a . in it. When you change your password it will except anything, but the login itself wont go trough.

I have a similar problem, except the solution Alikarin provided doesn't work for me. It is a 2011 account, had an old phone back then and I lost everything on it.
I know my display name, I have access to the account e-mail, but when I try to change the password (just capital, lower and numbers) it says "Account security key, display name or recovery code is invalid/expired." I don't have a security key, the display name is ok, and there is no recovery code.
Any ideas?

They didnt fix anything and closed the ticket. I worked in CS for 10 years and this is .... frustrating. My user name is correct, my password has been reset 6 times now, there is no F2A active, the account has no bans or blocks .... But i cant log in.
