Can't pay on SWTOR.com

I am unable to pay on SWTOR.com when trying to sub or when trying to buy the Digital Deluxe Edition.

Everytime when I press on "Pay now" (both Paypal and Paysafe) it just says "Thank you for placing your order" and gives me an empty receipt.

The status says "Failed" in my purchase history, but reveals nothing else or why. Not even an error or being accused of fraud/cheating (as I've seen in some posted threads)

Tried different browsers, phone and different days.

My SWTOR Account is PWNINGGasman

    @Sithboty 

    support suggests giving them a call , it would appear you attempted to use the prepaid cards when the account was disabled ( account is good now though )

    you may need to determine if the money on the prepaid cards has been consumed , when the account is disabled gametime will not add to the account

  • Lol Denemark ? I live in the netherlands and if its locked its the Fault of the game cuz i got enough money on my bank account

    why i said seen similar issue recently from the netherlands , issue will appear on swtor side as bank decline , this appears related to certain types of credit cards .

    buy a code or purchase via steam your payment method will work with either , just not on swtor.com it seems

    edit: if you add that card to paypal and pay via paypal it should work on swtor.com

    The issue is, that I don't even get the option to enter the code of my Prepaid card and PayPal account. I select my option, press "Pay Now' without getting the option to type anything in 

    Anyhow, I'm going to give calling Support a shot. Thanks.

  • So how can i unlock it ? Cuz everytime when i tried to buy it gave the same error , blank  reciept like the rest , yesterday i bought a subscription en today it canceld without any reason , i got this sccount Since 2013 so i dont want to lose it

    Support are sending your account to another team , they ask you dont attempt to purchase on swtor.com until they email you saying its good to try again 

    you can purchase on steam if you want though after linking the swtor and steam accounts

  • no New e-mail so i went over to steam bought 60day Sub and 3k points , no problems at al over There ,
