Cant Progress with Story on KOTFE because of Bug

Im on Chapter 10 on the new KOTFE and its says you cant spawn a companion because of the mission however the character (firebrand) who is meant to spawn wont spawn either leaving me to do the mission solo, which is impossible because i need someone to heal my character.
How do I fix this problem

Well a CSR did contact me the very next day and what they suggested was spot on and worked, their name was Alexandra.

What my issue was that I had started by mistake, Chapter 01 of KOTFE despite the fact I had completed it previous, the game still thought that Senya hadnt yet made an appearance in the story and so it wouldn't spawn her in later episodes of KOTET. Now I've done a fair share of games coding (Scripting) myself and I know how hard it is to plan for ever single issue when you have a branching story with many paths as bioware do in their RPGs and MMOs, all's forgiven 🙂

Anyway if you have any older episodes you are replaying then finish them first and dont start any more. I mean if it had happened on other chapters or I have made other choices then this wouldn't have mattered but with my game state it was game breaking regards progress in KOTET.

Not sure it will help the OP but his/her issues sounds just like the one I had.

When you pull up the companion window is she listed with the icon to summon her? If not then I would recommend going to the fleet and doing a reset of the mission to see if that will resolve the issue.

She isn't listed in the companion window and I've restarted the quest and she didn't spawn again nor does she show up in the companion window

Try exiting any instance, travel to fleet if need to be sure, then right mouse click and select reset all active phases if available then reset the mission then return see if that helps

thats what i did the first time, i went to the fleet reset the mission went back and it still didn't work

One thing i just saw posted , do you have 2 chapter missions in your missions list ?

Like having chapter 10 and chapter 1 for instance listed

Edit - Given i will be asleep when you likely see this, if you have say chapter 1 as well, complete it and reset chapter 10
