Can't purchase anything as my SWTOR is linked towards banned EA account

Hello,

I have a problem with my SWTOR, because it lost some functionality as it is linked to a banned EA account. That EA account got banned because it got hacked, I am able to log in to it yet i cannot access features such as linked accounts page, because the verification codes are going into a hackers email.

I do understand that it is not correct place to inquire about the ban or ask for any help about my EA account, but I would like to ask whether it would be possible to unlink or relink my SWTOR without me using my compromised EA account
