Can't Recover Old Account

Hello! 

I've been trying for months to recover my old account, but with no luck. Whenever I enter my Display name on the SWTOR login site to recover my password, I never get an email that it says will be sent shortly. This has been going on for about a year now of me requesting this email every now and then, but I've been attempting this more frequently lately. I'm not a subscriber so I can't call support. I'm obviously not going to subscribe if I can't even log into my account. 

I'm 100% certain I'm entering the correct information. I have plenty of emails dating all the way back to 2013. None for 2017, however. I figured this is a long shot to ask on the forums (seems to be the only option to contact support). But, may be worth a shot! 

Edit: I would also like to add that I've read other topics with similar issues, but none where the issue seemed to be resolved. There also isn't an email in my spam folder.
