Can't redeem a code on swtor.com

I want to redeem a code on swtor.com but when i click on the enter code tab on the website i get the following message; 

There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.

is there any way to resolve this ?

    @NUXEDU 

    email the code itself into support@swtor.com using the email you have used on the swtor account, also include the swtor account displayname 

    i can flag to check but it will be thursday before i get a response here and you need to email the code in anyways

    if the code you have is the Star Wars: the Old Republic - Digital Standard Edition that code can only ever be used once on an account 

    if that is the code you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open, so they can help further

    if that isnt the code you purchased , then the code itself needs to be emailed into support@swtor.com, at present they have no email from you with the code

  • i have same poblem i dunno whats going on here with this site i want redeem promotion code (what gave me mount) but i cant bcs i get same text "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."  i also reset password and try iknognito mode same text ...... i hope this problem could be resolved without calling ... display name SMRTKASMRTKA

    @smrtkask 

    To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account 101052000 that has been disabled, that account uses a @centrum.sk email address

    use the following link (insert the @centrum.sk email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

    Its possible the email centrum.sk change to my original email gmail.com ? bcs on centrum.sk they disable my account so i cant no longer log in there to change my password

    if you call swtor support when the lines are open they can update the email used on that account for you

    otherwise you can try via help.ea.com https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/  but calling swtor is usually easiest way

    EA account persona is 101052000 

    If you no longer have access to your email address or can’t log in using a connected account, we can try to recover your account. To get help on this:

    1. On the EA Help homepage, type the title of your game or product into the search bar.
    2. Select the game you need help with from the search results. (select EA app)
    3. Select See all help topics.
    4. Select the Manage my account category.
    5. Select I need help logging into my EA Account.
    6. Select Chat with us, fill out the webform, and we’ll take it from there.

    To help us recover your account as quickly as possible have this info ready:

    • the original email address on your EA Account
    • any usernames that are tied to your EA Account, like your EA ID, Xbox Live gamertag, or PlayStation™Network Online ID
    • any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought through an EA platform, like the EA app

    i try it rather with chat .. my english is no good for talking someone anyway i hope its gonna help me thanks 

  • sorry if i bothering again i received on my submit case is resolved so i try log on my gmail.com account reset password and try it again but i got same the result so is still connected on my centrum account or dunno
