Cant rest password receiving error

Having a hard time resting my forgotten password every time I receive the request to reset my password via email use the link and try to reset it claims there is an error and won't allow me to do so. Without being able to reset my password I'm unable to access my account. I would definitely love some assistance so I may move forward with logging back into my account and subscribing to the service. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks so much!

Hey there! Do you remember if you had a Security Key attached to your account? If you did, you'll have to email support to have your Security Key removed before you are able to reset your password. I hope your issue gets resolved soon!
