You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (not Threhorn your posting with now ) that EA account uses a hotmail email (different from swtor)
if i had to guess it is the hotmail email used on account creation.
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Found out I don't have any method of payment in my EA acc. and when I try to add one it gets declined because of the accent on my last name and that appears to be an invalid character when adding my credit card information.

if my account is still disabled how was I able to reset my password two days ago and change the preferences in my profile about any news from EA games.
