support said the linked ea account is still disabled needing a password reset
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (not Threhorn your posting with now ) that EA account uses a hotmail email (different from swtor)
if i had to guess it is the hotmail email used on account creation.
If your not sure call swtor support when the lines open they can assist further
if my account is still disabled how was I able to reset my password two days ago and change the preferences in my profile about any news from EA games.

I checked the basic information in the swtor account and its the exact same email (hotmail) I use to post in here. I only have one other email. I checked and there is nothing related to EA or swtor in there.
