Can't subscribe, "Maintenance"

Yeah, another one of these...

I have tried to resubscribe to SWTOR and in the process was given an error saying that there was on-going maintenance.  After checking, no such maintenance is going on.  Also, my wife was able to resub at the same moment without any issue.

Here are the things I have tried:

-Clearing web browser cache

-Multiple browsers

-Multiple devices

-Resetting SWTOR password

-Resetting EA password

-Incognito mode browsers

-in-game and out-of-game links to subscribe pages

Nothing has worked.  I have also sent an email to SWTOR tech support, but they still haven't responded.

My STWOR Username is:  RamathRS

I'm quickly running out of options, here...

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona ramathrs (not ramathrjs) that account uses a  81 gmail email

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

    Once that account has had a password reset you can repurchase and it will work as intended
