Swtor support said the account is ok, they can see a lot of failed attempts though
they recommend removing and re-adding the card details ensuring the card details are correct , otherwise try a different payment method
maybe paypal if that is an option for exampleWhen I try to remove my debit card and add it back, it says, "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one."
Also, when I go to my transaction history, it says, "Account details for[edit: email address removed]
Is that the EA account linked to my SWTOR account? If so, how do I access it?
