Can't Subscribe or Use Game Time Cards - SWTOR Tickets 38554603 and 38624265
I have two support tickets (38554603 and 38624265) open, not sure why they opened a new one when the issue from September 20th, 2021 was never resolved. I have reset my SWTOR and EA account passwords. My SWTOR display name is Tee-Jay.
I have emailed back and forth, I have called, I have emailed more, I have called more, etc. Each time, I get told email can't help me, I need to call. I call and get told they can't help me on the phone and I need to email. There has been no progress on this issue in the 4 months since the issue was reported to SWTOR Support. There has been no response to status emails since December 6th, 2021. Supposedly my ticket has been escalated to new teams twice, but there has been no contact from anyone at EA / SWTOR Support.
I am unable to subscribe and also unable to use game time codes. Attempting either gives me the error message, "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance".
