Support said the account is fine , try using incognito mode with chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies and see if it persists

The problem is unfortunately still persisting even after trying both of your suggestions in chrome with a cleared cache and in incognito mode.
edit: support said the issue is with the card , try removing / readding the card info and chat to your bank

I go through the process of trying to buy a subscription (specifically 60 days non-recurring) and get met with the "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later." error when trying to pay with a credit card.
When I tried using PayPal, it starts the process after I've confirmed over on PayPal, but then it suddenly stops and gives me error NU1010.support said the issue is with the card , try removing / readding the card info and chat to your bank
if paypal has the same card maybe thats why its failing too
Hello, so I am having an issue trying to subscribe as well. I have tried with multiple cards. Both on the site, and on Steam. Both directly, and with paypal. My username is AngelicAegis. At this point I am considering making a new account. I have tried using incognito mode, different browsers, ect. I am worried there may be an issue with my account.
Edit: I managed to purchase the Deluxe edition thru Origins and redeem the code. So, I have 2 months of subscription. But would still like a more permanent solution.Support said the account is fine , be sure not to use any vpns when purchasing that can cause an issue
