I have issues trying to subscribe and it always fails, my SWTOR username is Alahin

they suggest wait 24 hours, re-add card, check with bank, use another payment method/steam, call

Have same problem with purchasing a sub. Can't do it and message is visible for me to contact support. SWTOR name = patroklu. My e-mail account for EA account and SWTOR account are the same. Tried password reset and it didn't work. Please help me.

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has No persona (not Patroklu your posting on now) that EA account uses a Gmail email address ( not the hotmail on your swtor account)
use the following link ( insert the gmail ) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
I'm running into the same issue. My SWTOR display name is ffmagee. Given the email behavior when logging back in for the first time in years, it would appear that my SWTOR and EA accounts are linked, but I do recall my SWTOR account being a separate email/login/etc. when I initially created it, so I certainly can't rule out some jank there.
