Support said your account is fine , try incognito again or clear the cache and cookies on the browser
i have the same problem:

password reset did not help, chrome browser etc also not help
Support have asked if you can call them when the lines are open to fix the account issue
I have the same issue, SWTOR- name Mattiepoos.
No matter what credit card I use or paypal account nothing works. I even bought a time card but nope, nothing. I cannot subscribe, Been playing years on/off. Different broswer, cleared cache, NO ISSUE with my bank or cards. Just "problem, try again later". Do EA staff ever try and call for or search for help on their own system I wonder? Very frustrating.
The linked ea account has been disabled and had its data wiped , all going well if you use this link ( insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

Hello, I am getting the same error. I have reset both my SWTOR and EA passwords and made sure the emails were the same ones used. Display name for Swtor = Chargedleopard, and the EA ID is Alraidos. Both are using the same email.
The linked ea account has been disabled and had its data wiped , all going well if you use this link (The Gmail Email that was on the EA account is "different" to the one on your Swtor account) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
If not sure let me know when done and can recheck the account with support
