@proxos666 I also have this issue with my swtor. Whenever I try buying sub from website it says this error check the attached file. I have tried resetting my password on my ea account and I only have one EA account linked with my only gmail. Can you help me out with this because of this Issue I had to buy sub from steam last month after which I had to contact you to get the gametime added to my account

For support to be able to add gametime to an account means there is no issue with that account
I just checked and they can see the payment were rejected by your bank , in the first instance remove and re-add the payment method and double check the payment details , otherwise maybe try with paypal or via steam again
edit: support can see you purchased via steam ok
@proxos666 yes but I bought sub from website last december or something with that same account and there were no issues but after seeing many posts from people having this same issue. I contacted you and yes I tried paypal and other accounts but this same error persists and bank didn't reject the payment because I talked to them last month about this too and I have international payments allowed too. Please look into it if you can find anything otherwise I'll contact bank authorities once again and I was hesistant of buying sub from steam but I had a raid planned tonight with my guild so I gave it a try and it worked smooth as butter this time btw thanks @proxos666
For steam purchases to work their is no account issue , maybe best to keep using steam to purchase if swtor does not like your payment method for some reason
