The linked EA account has been disabled and its data has been wiped , that account used the email address on your swtor account
Use this link and enter the swtor email address , that should restore the account
thanks for the response @proxos666 , though i've tried the link as you suggested yesterday and haven't received any email until now
check the spam/junk folders just in case , if it isnt turning up call swtor support when the lines are open they can help you restore that account

Just made a new EA account as the email address on my previous EA account (not swtor) no longer exists, still have the same issue tho!
