Can't Subscribe to SWTOR

Hello, could you help me? I have the same problem and i already have contact the EA support but i can't call them because i'm from Brazil. There is another to solve it?
My account displayname is Hettos
Purchased a subscription on steam but my account page on swtor.com tells me I have no steam link. I suspect it has something to do with my EA account, since I cannot access the original account linked to this SWTOR account. Can you tell me the EA account associated with my SWTOR account please?

it doesnt matter what ea account is linked to steam, has nothing to do with the swtor account
swtor needs to be linked per https://help.ea.com/za/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-on-steam/
If there is an issue with the swtor account that can cause gametime not to be added but your swtor account would show steam as linked
is flagged to check the account, response in about 4 - 5 hrs

Thank you for checking in. I have been able to purchase Cartel Coins for several days now through Steam with no problems, so I'm not entirely sure why the subscription purchase didn't work. Very strange. I'll wait patiently for a response back from support and will update here when I hear from them.
I also double checked my SWTOR account and NOW it's telling me that my Steam account is properly linked. What an odd day it's been.

The swtor account Spearchaser is permanently broken, you can never be subscribed on that swtor account
it seems the linked ea account has been totally deleted at some point in the past, that account was needed for swtor purchasing a subscription., it is not repairable

Deleting your EA Account will permanently break your Pogo or SW:TOR account. We can't restore Pogo or SW:TOR accounts when this happens
best now is to create a new swtor account, link it to steam and resend the screenshots for the steam purchase to add the gametime to that swtor account
if you like you can call swtor support when the lines are open to discuss the above, however it wont change the outcome unfortunately
Is there another way to fix it without calling swtor support?

you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue you have
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account persona playervmch124p that account uses the swtor email address
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
I'm having the same issue, can't subscribe.
Tried to reset my EA account password and change the email address.
Do I really need to call? Is there absolutely no way to email in?

Support suggests it is best to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue, should be a quick fix though

sorry i'm not going to spend money on an international call to fix a problem that isn't triggered on my end.

The issue is the linked ea account which is needed for purchasing on that swtor account has been deleted and its data has been wiped , the email address that is needed to recover that account has already been used on another ea account, so swtor support now need to put a new email address when recovering the deleted ea account, they will only do that on the phone.
your only remaining option is to create a new swtor account, purchasing will work in the new account.

Strange, i don't recall that i deleted any EA accounts. As far as i know i only had one and it was working okay after i logged in it after 2 years.
anyways, if there are no resolutions, i rest my case. EA or BioWare will need to implement a fix for everyone affected, not expect people to call in.
